A travel guru with almost two decades of experience, Barbara specialises in creating unforgettable, transformative trips for students from Upper Primary to University.

Fuelled by her passion for global exploration, she sees her job as more than just work – it is her mission to spark curiosity and inspire young minds through meaningful journeys.

With a background in early childhood education and a post-grad diploma, she has also spent time in the preschool trenches.

Now, she’s teaching intercultural, interdisciplinary, and experiential learning at a local public university while working on her Masters in Global Cultures. Nicknamed the "Energizer Bunny," Barbara never stops – always learning, training, and staying ahead of the game!

Director (Japan Office)

Fujiko Nakanishi

Fujiko started out in the financial industry, but her love for global connections led her to study English in the U.S and spend nearly 30 years at ISA Inc., where she developed international exchange programs for youth. Her work took her all over the world, from Australia to the UK and the U.S. She later shifted to a music university, using music as a tool for cultural exchange.

In 2019, she launched her own consultancy focused on youth exchange programs. A fan of both travel and classical music, Fujiko has a fun twist – she shares her name with a local cartoon character and was named after her dad’s favourite company, Fujitsu!

Go look it up!

Tomoko Ikari

Tomoko kicked off her career in the Japanese government, with a stint in Singapore before joining ISA Inc. There, she launched international exchange programs for Japanese students in the neighbouring countries, helping them dive into different cultures.

After relocating to Singapore, she founded a market research company and later joined Youth Ambassadors in 2015, organising massive educational conferences across ASEAN. She stepped back in 2019 to focus on her own business.

A Zumba and yoga enthusiast, Tomoko is also a passionate animal lover, especially when it comes to her cats – who she happily lets walk all over her (literally)!
